The odometer is wrong. How do I correct it?
Open the Bike file and drag a digit on the odometer drum. Every due date on the service schedule shifts with the correction. That is by design — the odometer drives everything.
How does the reminder lead time work?
Settings has a reminder mode. It sets how far ahead of a due point a task starts counting as due. Change the mode and the schedule recolors immediately — no restart, no re-entry.
How do I log work?
Three ways. Import an invoice and the entry writes itself. Add an entry by hand. Or finish a job through the mechanic chat — some outcomes go straight to the log. Marking a schedule task done also writes an entry and resets its countdown.
How do I archive a bike?
Open the Bike file and archive it from there. The bike leaves the garage rotation; its records are not deleted.
Can I read distances in miles?
Yes, and that is the default. Settings has the switch between miles and kilometres, and every readout follows it — the schedule, the logbook, the odometer drum, the mechanic's answers. Readings are stored in kilometres underneath and converted at the edges, so switching back and forth never drifts the number.
How does iCloud sync work?
When iCloud is available, everything syncs through your private iCloud database. No account with the developer, nothing on our servers. There is no sync switch and no status light — work logged with no signal saves to the phone at once and travels when the connection returns.
